The export function allows you to quickly retrieve your sensor data from the platform for documentation or further analysis.
How to get started

Go to the platform via https://onboarding.aabn.io/ and log in with your user.

Click "Admin" at the bottom of the screen.

Open the burger menu in the top right and select "Export".
Step 1: Select sensors
Click "SELECT SENSORS" to mark the specific devices you want to extract data from.
Step 2: Select data points
Mark the data you need in your file:

CO2, ppm
-
Humidity, %
-
Temperature, °C
-
Light (lux), TVOC (ppb) and Noise level (dB(A))
Step 3: Select time period
Specify the time interval the export should cover under "Select time period".

Enter dates manually in "From" and "To".

Or use the shortcuts: LAST 7 DAYS, 30 DAYS or 90 DAYS.
Step 4: Time Resolution and Aggregation
Determine how detailed your data should be:

Raw data: Select 1-minute readings to include all details.

Aggregated: Select time intervals (5 min, 15 min or 1 hour) and then select Average as aggregation.
Step 5: File Format and Metadata

Select file format: For example, select Excel.

Metadata: Check "Include metadata sheet" to get a tab with unit info (Units, Designations, Export info).

ZIP: You can choose to receive the export as a ZIP file.
Step 6: Generate
Click "GENERATE EXPORT". The file will now be prepared and downloaded to your computer.
